Beginners level requirement

Don’t be afraid if you don’t know the steps yet – the beginner level is made for you! We start explaining carefully from the magic smooth bounce and complex footwork and end up in shifting your weight in a very subtle way.

Also very important you will learn how to perform Balboa for 8 count music and getting slowly closer to your partner connecting better to each other, which is the classic symbol of this dancing style!

Intermediate level requirement

Let’s dive deeper into Balboa world and make your vocabulary look fantastic! Together in this level we improve your basics and give you the technics for amazing figures and exciting footwork.

Put your heels on and try with us different Toss Outs, Paddles, Lollies or Swivels. After this level you will buy for sure more elegant shoes to try them out with your graceful new moves. 

Advanced level requirement

You have a good level of experience in dancing Balboa, you also feel as comfortable in Pure-Bal as in Bal-Swing. Are you ready to combine better this two Bal styles and improvise more?

On this level you will learn rhythmical variations in different positions in different tempos, which requires a solid technic of this dance and being ready to receive new input. We will challenge you with complex moves and transitions with millions ways for your Toss Outs becoming more charming!
